Equity reconciliation reporting

I have a question about the Carta reports when you have some time!

I'm using Carta reports for our Equity reconciliation for accounting close-end purposes each month, which is tight like 5 days after month-end. I noticed that there is a gap period between the cash received and seeing those shares in Carta. Any idea how many days it takes to see the reflection of a transaction on Carta?  

I'm trying to determine if I can use the reports for our monthly reconciliation or not. Please let me know your thoughts!
