Deleted a SAFE term set but it's still showing on our cap table

We deleted a convertible that had no securities attached to it. No holders, no amounts, nothing. But the term set is still showing up as a line item on our cap table.

Tried refreshing, tried downloading a fresh report. Still there.

Is there a separate step to remove the term set itself, or does it just linger?
