Who invested in a specific round

What I did: Needed to confirm which investors have pro-rata rights going into our next round. Started by pulling the investor list from our Series B.

The prompt I used:

Who participated in [Company Name]'s [Series A / Seed / etc.] round? List each investor, their shares purchased, price paid per share, and pro-rata percentage of that round.

How it works: Retrieves the investor breakdown for a specific named round — not the full history, just that one close. Useful for board reporting, investor updates, and checking who holds pro-rata rights before a new round.

Result: A table of investors with their exact participation amounts and round percentages. Confirmed who had pro-rata rights in under a minute.
