How it works: Pulls the individual’s full grant history, calculates vested vs. unvested as of today, and surfaces any cliff dates or acceleration provisions that apply. Useful for terminations, offer negotiations, and severance calculations — anywhere you need an individual’s equity position quickly.

Result: The exact vesting numbers I needed for the separation agreement, plus confirmation that no double-trigger acceleration applied. Took less than a minute.
