Vesting schedule for a specific grant

What I did: An employee asked when their shares vest. Instead of exporting a report and sending a spreadsheet, I pulled the full schedule directly.

The prompt I used:

Show the full vesting schedule for grant [grant label, e.g., ES-42] at [Company Name], month by month, including the cliff date and total shares that vest at each milestone.

How it works: Returns the complete tranche-by-tranche schedule for a single grant — cliff date, monthly vesting amounts, and running totals. Works for standard 1-year cliff / 4-year schedules and any custom schedule entered in Carta.

Result: A clean, shareable vesting table the employee could understand immediately, without needing to log into Carta or wait for an export.
