Grants expiring in the next 90 days

What I did: Wanted to flag employees with options expiring soon so we could proactively reach out. We’d previously had someone lose in-the-money options without realizing it.

The prompt I used:

Which option grants at [Company Name] are expiring within the next 90 days? List the holder name, grant label, expiration date, and number of vested-but-unexercised shares.

How it works: Checks every outstanding grant’s expiration date against today, filters to those expiring in the next 90 days, and shows only the vested-but-unexercised shares — the ones actually at risk of being lost. You can change 90 days to any window that fits your process.

Result: A list of people to reach out to before their options expired. Saved one employee from losing a significant in-the-money grant they didn’t know was about to expire.
