Full financing round history

What I did: A potential acquirer asked for a summary of our funding history during early due diligence. I needed a clean table fast.

The prompt I used:

Show the complete financing history for [Company Name] — every priced round with the close date, share class issued, price per share, total cash raised, and investors who participated.

How it works: Pulls all priced round data from Carta and presents it chronologically. Carta stores the exact close date, per-share price, and investor list for every round — so this is always accurate to what was actually closed, not what was modeled.

Result: A ready-to-share financing summary for the data room — no spreadsheet digging required.
