Current cap table snapshot

What I did: I wanted a quick ownership snapshot without exporting anything from Carta.

The prompt I used:

Give me the current cap table for [Company Name], grouped by share class, showing each holder's shares and ownership percentage.

How it works: This pulls live cap table data directly from Carta, grouped by share class — common, preferred, options — with each holder's name, share count, and ownership percentage calculated automatically. No date filtering, no extra math, just the live picture.

Result: A live cap table artifact that can be refreshed any time. If I need an excel export, I can ask Claude to generate one in just a few seconds.
